In Nevada, in order to manage a home for an individual owner we must not only be real estate licensees but we must have a property management permit attached to our licenses.  All of our property managers have this.  Additionally we are members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, thus we are Realtors® as well.  This means that when we enter into a business relationship with you it will be a client relationship.  We are a full service real estate company and would like to represent you in purchases and sales as well as management, but rest assured, if you already have a solid relationship with another licensee we will respect that relationship and confine our activities to managing your property.

Our management philosophy is essentially to approve only people we think will be tenants of good character and to do our best to retain them at the end of the lease.  We strive for good relations both with our tenants and of course with you, our clients.  It is very important to us to be good neighbors in the communities in which we manage homes.

• Rent collection.  We offer electronic depositing of rents into your bank account.

• Our maintenance office handles HOA violations as well as routine service calls.
• Emergency phone forwarded to answering service after hours for 24/7/365 coverage.
• Lease end move-out walk-throughs.
• Service calls made by licensed and insured providers.
• Upon a vacancy, transition management and supervision.
• Timely late notices and evictions when necessary.
