Creative Real Estate Associates was founded in 1998 By Tony Weldon (Broker) and Heinz Wiemhoff.  The Company was formed as a sales organization which catered largely to investors and other home buyers.  It soon became evident that management services needed to be provided to owners of investment homes and that's how our Property Management business got started.

Since having started as a two-room sales office the Company has grown into a 3000 square foot suite in the Pecos-Sunset Plaza in Las Vegas.  We employ 5 full time licensed and permitted Property Managers and a support staff.   Our licensees are members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) and manage hundreds of single family homes, townhomes and condos throughout the valley.

Specializing in single family homes of between 1100 square feet and 2100 square feet with rents up to about $1500 per month, our portfolios reach into all areas of the valley.  We do not currently manage any multi-unit buildings or complexes.
